The brand’s Autumn/Winter 10 Sporting Collection has just these sportspeople in mind and features everything from lightweight jackets to gilets, versatile fleeces and waterproof pants along with more traditional Barbour jackets and styles. Barbour International counts the the Linhope Endurance 3 in 1 and Linhope Featherweight as two of their most popular shooting styles. Designed by Lord James Percy, these Barbour jackets have been tweaked and improved for the 2010 season. The jacket is made from Cordura and features a waterproof lining as well as Alcantara trim, which adds an edge of luxury to this utilitarian item. Improved for better range of motion the jacket also has many functional features like great pockets and being machine washable. The Linhope Featherweight is not only comfortable, but completely portable and easily folded with great features like handwarmers and elastic cuffs.
The Crossfell is new for 2010 and is a great Barbour jackets for numerous types of outdoor pursuits and sports. The jacket can be purchased in olive or brown laminated waterproof cotton and is both breathable and easy to care for (read: machine washable). A double zip and flap pockets make this jacket ideal for shooting and its design also makes it great in all types of weather.
